Cancellation of Licences or Certificates of Registration for Mutual and Private Funds

The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) has issued the following Rule for the Cancellation of Licences or Certificates of Registration for Regulated Mutual Funds and Registered Private Funds:
